15 months

15 month checkup

Weight- 19 1/2 lbs - 7%
Height- 29 1/2 in - 25%
Head circumference- 18 1/2 in - 81%

Well she still remains a peanut except for that head which she takes after her Daddy and Big Brother

This girl loves her pacifier.  Sometimes she carries 3 around at once and sucks on one and then switches back and forth.

I just feel like she is getting big so much faster then the triplets did.  She plays on her own with the big kid toys.  She totally skipped over baby toys.

Loves loving on dolls!

Loving all the curls that keep coming in!

There is nothing sweeter then a sleeping baby

Christmas cuteness

She is becoming so independent and even trying to dress herself.  She loves picking out her clothes and is obsessed with shoes.   She runs to her drawer to pick out shoes (normally her squeaker cowboy boots) and brings them to me so I can put them on her after she has unsuccessfully tried herself.  Occasionally, she will point to her diaper shortly after she has peed or pooped. Then she runs to her room to get a diaper.  A few times she has even wanted to sit on the potty.

And this was a first...She was at mamoos and just didn't have time for a nap SO she fell asleep standing up on the couch and actually slept for quite awhile.

She loves her brother and sisters.  She yells for Lila all the time...its come out..."LIE------YA" and she tried Carter and Maddie. You can't understand it but she is defiantly trying.

Frozen

We went to see the Disney Movie Frozen the weekend after Thanksgiving with Mamoo, Papoo, Kera and Kaleb. This was only our second time to the movies. They all sat through the entire movie with eyes glued to the screen with the exception of Molly who fell asleep...thankfully.  They talked non stop about the movie for days, weeks and months after we watched it.  Needless to say they are pretty obsessed with it and can't wait for it to be released on DVD.  Lila is always playing the character "with one braid" Elsa, Maddie is "the one with 2 braids" Anna and Carter is "the one with yellow hair" Kristoff.  And they are always singing the song "Let it go".  Too cute to see them enjoying it so much!

Visit to the Dentist

This was our second trip to the dentist to visit Dr Troy.  Our first trip my hands were tied holding scared little people and I couldn't get any pictures.  This time went much better and everyone has nice healthy teeth!

Carter went right in the room and got started.  I was busy and didn't even know that he had already went back.  He did a great job!

Lila was a little timid.  I had to help her in the room but once she was there she was so brave and let them clean and check her teeth.

Maddie wasn't as thrilled...She had to sit on my lap and even at that she was very hesitate to open her mouth. This surprised me because she has really become very friendly lately and plays doctor all the time.  But we managed to get her teeth cleaned as well.

And on the way out we admired the pretty Christmas decorations!

Molly's 14 months

I love this little girl to pieces and this age of exploring and learning is so much fun. She is saying some new words... please, thank you and bye bye.

She loves climbing the stairs.  Unfortunately she has her brothers no fear attitude...even when she is faced with the consequence of her fearless behavior it doesn't seem to stop her.

She wants to be just like her sisters and brother. She brought me Maddie's costume and insisted that I put it on her. This is another new trait of hers...she is very demanding and will not stop until you oblige.

Still fighting her naps...but I don't mind rocking her into sleepiness. She takes a morning and afternoon nap still but they don't last very long.

Little miss chowhound loves to eat but she is still so tiny.  She blows on her food before she eats it...adorable. She also eats more then all three of the kids combined sometimes.  As you can see in the picture below she is stealing food off of her sister plate that she didn't eat.  Hey why not?!?!

And she has to be just like her siblings and loving it!

It is so much fun watching these 4 grow, interact and love each other!!

Decorating the Chrismas tree

We decided to put the tree up a little earlier this year (a week before thanksgiving) since thanksgiving was a little later.  The kids couldn't wait to get the tree up. I had been putting out decorations a little at a time and they kept asking when it would be time to decorate the tree.  They seemed to know exactly what to this year.

We were waiting for daddy before we decorated the tree and they just couldn't wait any longer.  So why not decorate it with toys!

They had so much fun looking through each decoration and deciding where to place it on the tree.  It may no have been the prettiest tree but they sure loved the way it looked.
