My how she has grown in just a month. She acts more and more like a toddler everyday. The cutest thing she does now is shaking her head yes and no. She finds it very easy to say no and when we ask her to say yes she really has to think about it and pauses and she shakes her head slowly up and down along with the rest of her body. She still enjoys going to her room to get her shoes but now says shoes shoes shoes as she brings them to me. This girl loves her shoes. She also has an opinion of what she wears and I often give her a choice and she will point to the one she wants. When she has something on she really likes she pats her chest and gives the biggest grins.
She loves playing with her babies. Carrying them in car seat and pushing them in carts and strollers. When she sees a toy that belongs to Lila, Carter or Maddie she immediately picks it up and takes it to them. She wants to make sure they all have their own toys. She is also very particular about things being in their place and therefore is very good about cleaning up and putting things away. I'll enjoy it while it lasts.
She enjoys using Lila's doll chair as her own personal chair! She is always dragging this chair out of their room.
I finally moved her from the pumpkin seat to a bigger seat! She seems to love it! I think she can see the kids better in the backseat which makes for much better entertainment.
When we go to Mamoo and Papoos on Sunday Molly's favorite thing to do when she goes to their is to go to the fridge and ask for cheese (chay-zz).
Look at all these curls!!!
Often times when she has a wet or poo diaper she will point to her diaper and say ooooo and give a distressed look. I will ask her to go got a diaper and she marches straight to her room and brings me back a diaper.
She loves reading books in her little reading chair.
One night Lila, Carter and Maddie went to spend the night with Mamoo and Papoo so the next day Brad and I decided to go out to eat to celebrate Valentine's Day. Of course, we brought Molly along. She was hungry and I didn't bring any snacks so we went ahead and ordered her food. Of course, her food came out before we had even ordered ours. So I started to worry that she would finish her food and be ready to go before we had even started. Not the case at all....we ended up waiting for her to finish her eating. This kid loves to eat and she will try anything. Even if she doesn't like it without a fuss she will just take it out of her mouth and grab something else.
My little trash digger. I can't believe I am admitting this but she loves to see what goodies she can find in the trash can. So one day this was the treasure she found and thankfully I had it in the container still right on the top. She even pulled a cheap dollar toy I had thrown away out of the trash and gave it to her brother (because it was his).
This is how she is sleeping lately. Leg propped up on the side! She is becoming a great sleeper and napping most of the time just once a day. She also will point to her bed when she is ready to go to sleep and lays her bed and plays in the morning until I come to get her. Of course, I still can't resist rocking her a little to sleep...I will miss those days soon enough.
Every night we say our night night prayers and Molly always has to fold her hands and say hers as well. This is the best picture I could get because she gets aggregated at me if I am not folding my hands and bowing my head! She also helps us pray during dinner. Praying
