We had a really great Easter!
Here we are getting ready to see the Easter Bunny!
Molly didn’t seem to mind the Easter Bunny
However, the girls didn’t think as fondly of him until I sat down with them and still they were not too enthused.
Carter wouldn’t even come close!
Of course until the Easter Bunny held out Easter Baskets with candy.
Our first Easter Egg Hunt was at the library and they really got into it this year. Lila’s basket was full and Madelyn’s was just partly full. Then looking at poor Carter’s basket he had but only a few. After watching them more closely I realized he was finding eggs and then giving them to Madelyn. How sweet!
Coloring Easter Eggs for the first time. We used kool-aid to dye our eggs.
Looks like the Easter Bunny has arrived and left some powered sugar foot prints! That is one BIG bunny!
The kids were a little upset that the Easter Bunny left such a mess and asked me to clean it up right away. But they were pretty excited about their Easter Baskets and the scooter that he left for them.
Molly enjoyed her gift as well!
Eating our candy
Getting ready for church! Grammy made our dresses!
Easter day at Aunt Sandy and Uncle Jeff’s
Carter loved this hat he found at their house and he would only pickup the football and baseball eggs. He would find a regular colored egg and he would just leave it there!!
Lila was a really good egg hunter! She had a full basket!
Riley helped Madelyn fill up her basket
And our last egg hunt was the Sunday after Easter at church!
What a great Easter!
