Before the sickness took over our house…this week we are all suffering with sinuses and fever…YUCK!
Madelyn has finally got it…She is walking! She spends about 90% of her time trying to walk and stand up in the middle of the room. She is so excited and we are so proud of her!
Absolute sweetness…
Sisterly Love…catching a sweet moment bonding. They were of course watching Mickey and Madelyn was twirling her own hair as well as Lila’s too.
Just one of those days when its exhausting to do anything!
Lately one of Lila’s favorite things to do is put a towel or blanket over her head and walk around the house running into things!! Silly Girl!
This is what happens when we spend too much time giggling during naptime instead of sleeping…we crash on our couch
We finally love eating from a our forks and finally getting a little better at it…however Carter would much rather eat with his hands.
Enjoying snack time…
Lila being good as usual and sitting well in her chair
Madelyn screaming in excitement and 5 seconds later she will be standing in her chair as I tell her to sit and she smiles at me. Oh she is so busy and is becoming more and more strong willed everyday.
And Carter enjoys sitting in the chairs the wrong way…standing up or backwards just never the right way! Its just more fun that way!
Enjoying toys…
Lila is fascinated by the eyes on baby doll that open and close
Falling asleep on the bike…all this pedaling with my feet is exhausting!
Madelyn loves riding the horse but doesn’t like when she has to get off
She also enjoys riding the turtle but lucky for mom she can get on and off all by herself!
Lacey (Mamoo’s dog) is Carter’s favorite toy. He was encouraging her to lick him in the face and he just thought it was hilarious!
Helping mommy clean
Madelyn loves standing on her head and I finally got a picture of it!!! I guess the view of the world is better upside down!
Last week we soaked in some of the sun while we could and played on the back porch in our playhouse which Carter loved. He spent of most of the time hanging out in the house opening and closing the windows and the door, fixing the faucet as you can see below and sitting in the chair that is inside next to the sit..he was in heaven.
Lila just enjoyed running around the porch exploring everything. She loved ringing the door bell to see any anyone was home and surprise…its Carter.
Madelyn couldn’t get enough of the going down the slide over and over and over again. The playhouse door was very fascinating to her she loves opening and closing the door.
I started this week by taking three totes and filling them with different toys and each one is labeled for two different days of the week. Each afternoon I bring the box of goodies out and its like Christmas everyday. When they see the red tote come from the basement they just scream with excitement and can’t wait to see what awaits inside. Here we are enjoying some of our goodies.
